💡 The rule that pays: bulk HMS 80:20 in tonnage goes to Mumbai, where re-rollers want volume and the base index is set. Anything sorted, clean and single-grade goes to Navi Mumbai, where TTC and Taloja buyers pay ₹1 to ₹1.20/kg more for exactly the same steel. The creek crossing costs you almost nothing.
